Belgian artist, Ben Heine recently released a collection called Pencil vs. Camera, in which he combined photography and sketching. He incorporated simple, and sometimes humorous, sketches into various pictures that he took, creating the coolest thing that we've seen all day.

The overall idea has been dreamed up before, but the way Heine executes it is impressive. The pictures are imaginative and well done. The artist took everyday sights and turned it into art.

Heine isn't just a photographer and illustrator, but he also a painter, portraitist, and caricaturist. His website is definitely worth a look.
