What was once taboo in the art scene has evolved from underground talent to a mainstream phenomenon. Now Wolfgang Roth & Partners, Fine Art, a museum in the heart of the Miami Design District, has recognized the beauty and cultural history behind graffiti, and has developed a Graffiti and Street Art Camp for the youth in the urban-Miami area.
Legendary mural and street artists such as Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, and others will serve as inspiration for some of the activities, and in the curriculum, kids will learn color theory, composition and other techniques. The program will be held from July 12 – July 16 for children ages 5 – 9. To find out more information, visit the Wolfgang Roth & Partners Fine Art website.
